Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. Violette gin
• 1 1/2 pear puree
• 1/2 oz. plain syrup
• 1 or 2 dashes of vanilla bitters
• 1/2 oz. lemon juice
• soda
• brown sugar
• a slice of pear

Steps

• In a shaker filled with ice cubes, pour all ingredients except soda
• Shake vigorously for 10 seconds
• Double strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice
• Top up with soda
• Garnish with a slice of pear and sprinkle with brown sugar
