Rum Apple Pie

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. caramel
- 1/2 tbsp. of 5 spices
- 3 oz. of Morbleu rum
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 oz. of apple juice
- Pear cider
- 1 apple cut into cubes
Steps
- In a saucepan over low heat, add the caramel and 5 spices and melt.
- Add rum, cinnamon and apple juice
- Simmer on low heat for a few minutes
- Pour the mix into two old fashioned glasses and top up with pear cider
- Garnish with apple cubes and decorate with pear slices if desired
