Rum Apple Pie


  • 1 tbsp. caramel
  • 1/2 tbsp. of 5 spices
  • 3 oz. of Morbleu rum
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 oz. of apple juice
  • Pear cider
  • 1 apple cut into cubes


  • In a saucepan over low heat, add the caramel and 5 spices and melt.
  • Add rum, cinnamon and apple juice
  • Simmer on low heat for a few minutes
  • Pour the mix into two old fashioned glasses and top up with pear cider
  • Garnish with apple cubes and decorate with pear slices if desired
