Iced amaretto matcha
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 teaspoon of matcha
- 70 ml of hot water 70 °C
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 1/2 oz of Avril amaretto
- Vanilla Ice cream
Steps
- In a bowl, add the matcha to the hot water and whisk the tea until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Add the milk and Avril amaretto and stir gently.
- Add a scoop of ice cream, sprinkle with matcha tea for decoration and serve.
