Lavender French 75
Ingredients
- 2 oz Violette gin
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 1 oz lavender syrup
- 2 oz prosecco or champagne
- 2 stems of lavender
- Ice
Steps
- In a shaker filled with ice, add the lemon juice, gin and lavender simple syrup and shake
- Strain and pour into a champagne flute
- Add Prosecco or champain
- Garnish with lavender and serve
