Vi Oh Oh Oh Lette

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Violette gin
  • 4 oz. Rise Hibiscus Kombucha
  • 3/4 oz. maple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • sparkling wine
  • candy cane

Steps

  • Frost the rim of a flute with a lime wedge and pieces of candy cane
  • Pour all ingredients except sparkling wine into a shaker filled with ice cubes
  • Shake vigorously for 10 seconds
  • Pour contents into a glass with an ice cube strainer
  • Complete with sparkling wine
  • Decorate with a candy cane
