Canopée’s Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Canopée gin
- 1 oz. elderberry syrup
- 1/2 oz. of citric acid solution
- 4 drops of lecithin
- 2 drops of balsam fir essential oil*
Steps
- pour the lecithin and balsam fir essential oil mix into the glass; stir with a bar spoon
- add elderberry syrup, citric acid and Canopée gin; stir with a bar spoon
- add crushed ice up to the rim of the glass; stir with the spoon(10 to 15 turns) all the way to the bottom to cool the liquid
- add crushed ice to create the final dome
- Garnish: add a few elderberries and a sprig of spruce or balsam
*NOTE: The essential oil must be consumed sparingly; it is not recommended for pregnant women, children and babies. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not all essential oils can be consumed.
*This cocktail is made right in the glass.
