Canopée is the gin that started it all at Mariana. Black spruce (Picea mariana, our namesake), thuya and juniper are distilled, then the gin rests on maple and charred oak for a pale amber glow. Resinous, woody and lightly smoky, with soft citrus, a touch of vanilla and a dry finish. Try it in a Tom Collins or a Bramble.

Awarded a Double Gold Medal at the Europe Wine & Spirits Trophy 2021, and Silver Medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the London Spirits Competition in 2022.
