Mariana

Distillerie Mariana was founded in 2014 by enthusiasts of botany and the Québec terroir. From this passion, the name Mariana took root, which in Latin refers to black spruce, an emblem of the boreal forest.

Distillerie Mariana quickly made its mark among the first Québec distilleries to participate in the growing craze for made-in-Québec spirits. Thanks to its desire to highlight the resources that make up the richness of the Québec landscape, the distillery first marketed Canopée forest gin, which was a hit with lovers of dry gin with woody flavours.

Later, the renowned Morbleu spiced rum was born, confirming the versatility and know-how of Mariana’s team of distillers.

A few years later, Mariana offers a wide selection of gins, rums, liqueurs and ready-to-drink cocktails. The goal: to offer premium quality products, inspired by both the great classics and the nature that surrounds us… far from the beaten path.
