Proudly distilled by Distillerie Mariana in association with LOOP Mission, this lime and ginger gin has everything you'd expect from a classic gin, with a touch of invigorating freshness... and a sense of doing the right thing, too.
Distilled from Québec potato peels, LOOP gin stands out for its blend of fresh and... crisp ingredients! A first sip reveals the characteristic flavour of juniper contrasted with the bite of fresh ginger root and lime. If you pay attention, you can also perceive the subtle and mellow taste of the potato alcohol. Its profile is slightly tangy, which earned it the "citrus" taste tag, while remaining very versatile: the ideal gin for making summer-flavoured cocktails.

In our opinion, every opportunity to celebrate the richness of Québec's harvests is good. That's why we jumped in with both feet when LOOP Mission, a circular economy company that fights food waste, suggested we use our expertise to process the peels from the Yum Yum potato chip factory. No waste here! Thanks to this collaboration, about 24 tons of perfectly honourable fruits and vegetables are put to good use each year... to the delight and satisfaction of thousands of gin lovers!
