Naturally fermented soda, juniper berries, cold-pressed lime juice, cold-pressed ginger juice.
To make this fizzy treat, we distilled potato peels from a local potato chip factory, added fresh lime and ginger juice and naturally fermented soda. The result is a cocktail with strong flavours, blending aromatic and lively lime with full-bodied and resinous ginger root.
