Smore’s Martini
Ingredients
- 1 espresso
- 1 oz. Saint-Crème
- 1 oz. Morbleu chocolate rum
- 1 oz. milk
- a few drops of aniseed bitter
- crumbled Graham crackers
- 1 marshmallow
Steps
- dip the rim of a martini glass into the milk, then into the Graham crackers
- pour an espresso into the martini glass
- shake the remaining ingredients and serve in a martini glass and top with a burnt marshmallow.
