Pineapple Mousse

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Avril amaretto
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1 oz. plain syrup
- 1/2 oz. egg white
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitter
Steps
- Fill an old fashioned glass with ice
- Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes
- Shake vigorously and pour mixture through a cocktail strainer into the old fashioned glass
- Savour
