Gin-Chelada (Michelada and Canopée Gin)
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Canopée gin
- lime
- Chief Prohibition sauce
- horseradish
- ice
- 1 Michelada (La sauce du chief)
- one slice of cooked bacon
Steps
- In a shaker glass filled with ice, add gin, juice from a lime wedge, hot sauce (to taste) and a teaspoon tip of horseradish, then shake
- pour in a glass containing a few ice cubes
- top up with Michelada
- garnish with bacon and lime!
