Avril Tiramisu
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/3 cup milk of your choice
- 2 oz. Avril amaretto
- 2 short espressos
- 237 ml. of 35% cream
- Ladyfingers
- Cocoa
Steps
- Pour ice cream, milk and Avril amaretto into an electric blender.
- Serve in the glasses.
- Add a short espresso in each glass.
- For the garnish, whip the cream. Add the mascarpone and blend.
- Add whipped topping and garnish with crumbled ladyfingers, halved ladyfingers and cocoa.
For 2 glasses.
