Morbleu and Passion
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Morbleu rum
- 1 1/2 oz. passion fruit juice
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 1/2 oz. plain syrup
- soda
- 4 to 5 sprigs of mint
- passion fruit
Steps
- Pour the lime juice and mint into a glass
- Crush the ingredients with a pestle and fill the glass with ice cubes
- Add rum, passion fruit juice, plain syrup and soda
- Stir with a bar spoon
- Decorate with a sprig of mint and half a passion fruit (optional)
