Saint-Crème Latte with Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. dulce de leche
- 3 butter cookies, crumbled
- 1 1/2 oz. Saint-Crème
- 1 cup espresso or strong coffee, 160 mL (2/3 cup) hot 2% milk
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Steps
- place the dulce de leche in a bowl
- sprinkle crumbled cookie on a plate
- dip the rim of two cups into the dulce de leche, then into the crumbled cookies
- pour the Saint-Crème, coffee and milk into the cups; stir
- top with whipped cream (generously!) and butter cookies.
