Tiramisu Coffee with Saint-Crème
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Saint-Crème
- 1 1/2 oz. Avril amaretto
- 4 oz drip coffee
- homemade whipped cream with mascarpone cheese and Saint-Crème
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- For the garnish:sugar squares with cream, piroulines and cocoa powder
Steps
- Pour the liquids and cocoa powder into a shaker
- Shake for about 10 seconds with ice
- Strain into your coffee cup
- Top with whipped cream
- Decorate with cocoa powder, squares of sugar cream and piroulines
